Ingredients

Ingredients
4 cups malagkit (sticky rice)
1 cup white sugar
4 cups water
1/4 cup butter
Topping:
1 can condensed milk
1 cup coconut milk
3 Tbsp molasses

Procedures: 

  • Wash and drain the rice sticky. Combine sugar and water and cook in rice cooker. Once the switch is re-heated, add butter. Mix well and set aside.

200g butter
200g soft brown sugar
150g self-raising flour
40g cocoa powder , sifted
3 large eggs , beaten
50g dried cranberries
100g macadamia nuts
60g cranberry sauce

Procedures: 

  • Heat the oven to 180C / 160C fan / gas 4 and line 20 cm x 20 cm baking tin with baking paper. Black Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a heatproof bowl over boiling water only.
