Buttery Lemon Spinach
Ingredients: 6 servings
2 (10 ounce) bags pre-washed fresh spinach
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
5 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Procedures:
Wash the spinach leaves and place in a microwave dish. Add juice of butter, garlic and lemon. Cover with plastic wrap. Steam in the microwave until the butter melts and the spinach is tender, about 2 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and stir to distribute seasoning before serving.
