What you need:

    one 1/2 pounds of top round steak strips
    Wine 1/4 cup
    one beef bouillon cube
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3/4 cup sour cream
    Water 1/4 cup
    ten 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
    one clove garlic, minced
    eight oz canned mushrooms
    one teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    one tablespoon all-purpose flour
    Salt and black pepper

How:
