It produces a color drink beautiful light and is supposed to have the most health benefits. Treatment of white tea is similar to that of green tea, but only unopened leaf buds are used. It has the same properties of green tea health, but its flavor is the lightest and most delicate.
Good quality tea is a wonderful drink. All rolled sheets or twisted are the best quality. more sheet, over the quality of tea. The top grades are called flower, flower gold or Tippy.
