3 overripe bananas 1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature)
2 large eggs 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cooking procedures:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.
